I’m Philip A. Young, a camera operator based in Maryville, serving Knoxville & East Tennessee and working nationwide. My experience includes commercials, documentaries, unscripted television, professional wrestling, live sports & multi-camera interviews.
Commercial, Documentary & Television Work
Recent work includes aviation productions for airlines and aircraft manufacturers, underwater camera work at the Enhanced Games in Las Vegas, and director of photography work on an NWA reality series. My U.S. Navy dive & EOD production experience includes assistant-camera and drone support.
Assignments range from interviews and B-roll to aircraft interiors, underwater coverage and vehicle-mounted cameras.

My camera package includes Sony FX6, FX3 & FX30 cameras, with lenses, tripods, sliders, wireless video and client monitoring available.
Lighting, audio, teleprompter & grip equipment can be added as needed. My production van allows me to bring additional equipment and location support.

Multi-Camera Interviews
I provide interview coverage for documentary, corporate & branded productions, from operating one camera within a larger crew to supplying a compact interview setup.
Packages can include cameras, lighting, audio, teleprompter and director or client monitoring. Camera count and crew size depend on the coverage and schedule.
